Our Plant has a capacity of 2000 Tons per month and at present we are running two units, Unit-II is Fully Automatic 5 Ply plant in Sultanpur Medical devices & Genaral Industrial Park 500mtrs away from the outer ring road and another one is unit – I in Cherlapally Industrial Area, equipped with advanced Corrugation machines and high Quality printing machines , some machines are imported from china like Flexo Printing machine, Rotary Die cutting machine and Automatic folder Gluing machines. And we hired the well experienced operators and service engineers. For every week we will do maintenance service for all machines. This plant was estabilation 2010.

Kruthi Packaging Industry , has this auto Folder Gluer machine , Which is called “ flap pasting machine” . This machine used for flap pasting purpose instead of pinning. This machine speed is 5000 boxes per hour. Now a days all the food industries required the boxes with flap pasting only.

Quality checking of Corrugated boxes

We have the separate Quality checking lab in our Company and we will check randomly ten to fifteen the boxes per each load before sending the boxes to the customers and we will send the Quality analysis report to them along with the materials. We have equipped with all the machines like Bursting machine and Compression machines etc.. We have experienced peoples for quality checking for BS and CS. And we will maintain the moisture levels in boxes for all seasons. We will maintain the number of flutes in the liners and equal gum levels to give the Quality boxes to the customers. And also we are using the adhesives for pasting purpose which is approved for the food grade industry.
